After the LexisNexis acquisition of Moreover Technologies, the new integration of a leading collection of licensed news and business information, open Web content, and analytical and distribution features were brought in by the Moreover Newsdesk solution.
The requirements were to re-design and improve the user experience of the current customers and bring the integrations of the platform into synergy with more extensive LexisNexis solutions.
To offer industry-leading customization and analytics solutions with a more streamlined workflow.
I've provided leadership in User Experience Design collaborating with the client and broader teams with the focus on Analytics, Dashboards, Social Media, and Search.
We've run usability studies to evaluate the Newsdesk Analyze feature within LexisNexis Newsdesk.
We've then run further usability tests to compare the current solution with a new prototype.
Applying the Design Thinking methodology of Discovery, Define, Design, and Development, we were able to iterate fast based on the real data and customer feedback.
Supporting the full product cycle and informing all relevant teams and stakeholders were key to our Beta rollout of Analysis Builder and successful early customers workflow opt-in and adoption.
The business was able to provide a new Analytics Workflow Experience which resulted in:
Task success = 465% decrease in time to create an analysis.
Engagement = 2.5x increase in activity.
Google’s HEART Framework was used to measure the impact of the new user experience during Beta Launch to existing customers.
I've delivered workflow redesign of LexisNexis Newsdesk Analytics that turned data into easy-to-digest charts with advanced data visualization capabilities.
We were able to provide the value of having real-time access to what people are saying about companies, brands, and further offers media monitoring and analytics tool for PR and marketing professionals.
